The Flat Operating Tabletop has a uniquely designed rigid stainless-steel top that has a slightly raised canter to direct fluids to a trough at the outer edge of the tabletop surface. The trough then channels fluid to the drain/collection hole at one end to allow fluids to drain away from your operating site. For comfort and safety, all our flat operating tabletops have smooth, rounded corners. The classic pedestal operating table base is the most economical has a fixed height and a manual tabletop tilt mechanism. A stainless steel top is flanged down and hemmed to eliminate any sharp edges. The operating table also features our access-a-rail tie-down system to help you keep animals safely positioned during surgical procedures.
